What this policy covers
This policy explains how Geek Axon uses cookies, local storage, session storage and similar technologies on geekaxon.com and geekaxon.co.uk. A cookie is a small text value a website asks your browser to retain. Local and session storage are browser features that can save preferences on your device.
Your choice comes first
On a fresh visit, we do not create optional cookies, use optional browser storage or load optional third-party services before you choose. The consent panel lets you accept optional technologies or continue with necessary technology only.
We store one strictly necessary consent cookie after your choice so the Site can respect it. If you choose “Necessary only”, optional storage remains disabled.
Technologies we use
| Name / provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
ga_cookie_consent | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional technologies. | Strictly necessary | Up to 12 months |
ga-theme | Remembers your light, dark or system display preference. | Optional preference | Until browser storage is cleared |
ga-preloaded | Avoids replaying the opening animation during the same browser session. | Optional preference | Browser session |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Helps distinguish legitimate project requests from automated abuse. It is loaded only after optional technologies are accepted and only where configured. | Optional security service | Set by Cloudflare as needed |
We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent before activating them where required.
Changing or withdrawing consent
You can reopen Cookie settings at any time from the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future optional storage and third-party loading. You can also delete existing data through your browser settings; removing the necessary consent cookie will cause the choice panel to appear again.
If you reject optional technologies, the core Site remains available. A protected form may ask you to accept the security service before submission; you can always contact us directly by email instead.
Browser controls and Do Not Track
Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies or site data. Blocking all cookies may prevent the Site from remembering your choice. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not consistently standardised; our consent controls are the direct way to manage optional technology on this Site.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our technology or legal obligations change. The latest revision date appears above. Questions can be sent to [email protected], or by post to any Geek Axon office in Pakistan, the United Kingdom or the United States — see our contact page for full addresses.
