Enquiries and service agreements
Submitting a contact or project request does not create a client relationship or oblige either party to proceed. Services, scope, fees, deliverables, ownership, warranties, confidentiality and support will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement accepted by the relevant parties. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the service agreement controls for the applicable services.
